The latest AGA 3-Series range cookers offer everyday control and a host of useful features, including a triple element hotplate that works efficiently and comes up to temperature fully when the lid is opened; fast heat-up times; a defrost function on the optional induction hob; a timer; and higher temperatures. Great attention has been paid to even the smallest of details, such as the stylish and branded handrail. Each 3-Series model has a triple-element hotplate, which comes up to temperature fully when the lid is opened. It can be set either to boiling or simmering mode. Next to the hotplate you can opt for either a warming plate or a state-of-the-art, two-zone induction hob complete with bridging feature, allowing you to use a griddle plate, fish kettle or other large cookware.
Cookers in the collection utilise cast-iron radiant heat to retain the food’s natural goodness and flavour. The heat steadily radiates through the ovens and hotplates, creating dedicated cooking zones at pre-set temperatures for ease and convenience. Heat is transferred to the cast-iron ovens and released steadily from all the inner surfaces simultaneously. This traditional cast-iron radiant heat cooking is the reason AGA cookers preserve more of the food’s moisture, flavour, texture and goodness.
